I wish...i can work happily with no insecure feeling 
. Since its a non government company, showing dedication and lots of thinking really is a great help during performance appraisal 
....But then, until when should i'd be doing this ?!! 
...now i am young and strong..can withstand long hour working during night and day shift 
...plus the very cold tempreture in the office...arghhh 
....
This is very tiring indeed
...need to keep up every year...and every year theres always some people been sacked or lowest performer 
...although they said its PNC....so big for the words PNC....but the news still leaks out to us and its so frustrating ....

I think you speak for all of us in the workforce!! I guess I'm quite lucky in Australia - can't really complain about my office (except that the air conditioning seems colder than usual lately lol).
The only thing we can do is work our hardest, and try to think of it as accomplishments rather than simply fulfilling the expectations of others. And of course, vent our frustrations online hehe - that's what blogs are good for!
