Learning Korean Online.

The person who runs the site is named Rob Julien, he lives in Korea and teaches Korean to English speakers. He tapes his lectures and your able to watch them and learn from them as if you were sitting in the classroom with him. If you have any questions you post on the forums or email him and he gets back to you within a day. Each class includes the printable handouts and mp3 files of the lesson to listen to if you wish. Another good thing is that you are not taught using romanization but with just the korean alphabet so there is no sticky transitions from Romanization to hangul.
I have been using it now for about 4 months and I have come a long way with my Korean. I started with 0 knowledge on how to read, write and speak. After the first class I was able to read and write. I am now up to class 16 and I can form my own sentences and have memorized a tonne of words.
The first four classes are free but if you wish to go past class 4 you have to pay a monthly fee, I know, that sucks, BUT it's worth every penny and the fee is not a lot and very reasonable. Compared to courses from schools which cost HUNDREDS of dollars this alternative is amazing in my opinion.
I'm not trying to sell this but if your like me and need a teacher to guide you in the right direction or have trouble with self teaching then this might be of great use to you.

As a lover of Korean drama it will now be possible to at least work out the title of a drama when I see the trailer.
Thanks again for sharing!

I just have to force myself into a schedule because I tend to procrastinate if someone isn't disciplining me. XD

I've also really like Talk To Me In Korean, they've got a free podcast, website, pdfs, etc.
I've found having the kdrama motivation makes it easier to learn quickly.

But I do feel that Talk to me in korean is better than rob's site. (Plus it's free.)
Unfortunatly, I was not able to find the site of the montash university. Maybe someone can post a link?
