with the airing of the 1st episode of many new dramas yesterdat may 26th... a fierce battle started to win the top spot on viewer rates.. it seems that 1st spot was meant for "gentleman's Dignity" as it started off with a high rating of 14.1% beating "Time slip dr. Jin" who was following behind at 12%
what a good start to both dramas ...and we are highly anticipating the continuation of this battle in the following weeks...

with the broadcast of the second episode of both "time slip dr. jin" and "gentlemen's Dignity" the battle in viewer rates continue...rating of “A Gentleman’s Dignity” was 12.8% while that of “Dr. Jin” was 11.8% for each drama’s second episodes broadcasted on May 27. Those ratings were lower than those of first episodes. This may be contributable to KBS 2TV’s “Gag Concert” with a rating of 19.9% jumped into that rivalry as it’s aired in the similar timeframe on Sunday.

What’s interesting is the gap in two drama’s ratings. The first episode of “A Gentleman’s Dignity” had 14.1% and that of “Dr. Jin” had 12.2%. And the second episodes’ ratings show that the gap has been reduced in one day. It’s hard to determine the winner and loser at this point.

i guess we have to wait for the following weeks to determain who will be the winner in the viewer rate race

What else can I say? This drama is a breath of fresh air (albeit horny) from the saeguks cum time travelling and medical dramas.

Notice the acting? Very natural. That's what I love about this drama. No looooong longing gaze. Backwards and forwards etc... just direct in your face confession.

They're jerks but they sure are entertaining.

I love the very start of each episode. Especially episode 4, "Who Plucked the Rose".

they give us the same vibe as secret garden, but in a different way...
same reckless and straight kim joo won and kim do jin,
but very different type of the woman..gil ra im is a strong and very boyish, yet seo yi soo is feminin..

and i like seo yi soo-kim do jin pairing more..at least so far..
