Yoon Seung-ah was born on 29 September 1983. She is a South Korean actress, best known for her roles to television drama Playful Kiss and The Moon That Embraces The Sun. She was originally cast as Yoon Ji-hye in KBS teleivision series Brain.
In May 2012, Yoon was casted in the title role of Ms Panda in Channel A's romantic comedy, Ms Panda and Mr Hedgehog with Donghae of Super Junior as the male lead Mr Hedgehog. In the drama, Yoon plays easy-going Da-yang, owner of Cafe Panda opposite Donghae as Ko Seung-ji, a prickly patissier and Choi Jin-hyuk. It is to premiere on 21 August.

Yoon Seung Ah is kawaiiiii keke
I don't remember what role she played in coffee prince and hero but it was playful kiss that made me notice her. She did a wonderful job in Moon that embraces the sun raising my expectations for Ms Panda and Mr Hedgehog.
